An Outreach worker is available Monday-Friday. Worker will provide information concerning programs and services provided by Uintah County Aging Services and encourage them to participate in activities at the Senior Center. Outreach will be provided by home visits, telephone calls, one on one contacts in the Senior Center, with public presentations, newspaper articles, published materials and brochures in public places within the service area.
