17.88.010 - Yard regulations.

Group dwellings shall be considered as one building for the purpose of front, side and rear yard requirements; the entire group as a unit requiring one front, one rear and two side yards, as specified for dwelling structures. The minimum distance between structures shall be twenty (20) feet for single-story buildings, twenty-five (25) feet for two-story buildings, and thirty (30) feet for three or more story buildings.

17.88.020 - Group dwelling planned unit development.

A group dwelling complex must be developed as a PUD, if the area of the complex is equal to, or exceeds the minimum area requirements for a PUD, as specified in Chapter 17.80.

17.88.030 - Conditional use.

All group dwellings with thirty-one (31) or more dwelling units are considered as a conditional use, and as such must comply with the provisions of Chapter 17.76.
