PROCEDURE FOR FILING A COMPLAINT:
- Either mail or deliver to: Uintah County Building/Planning/Zoning
152 E 100 N, Vernal Ut 84078 or fax to (435) 781-5372
- Complaint form will be given to Inspector for follow-up.
- Inspector will follow-up with either phone contact or personal visit with complainant and the person the complaint is against to gather all information needed to proceed. If site visit is necessary, the Inspector will make those arrangements.
- Notice of findings or action taken on complaint will be sent to you within 30 days of Inspector's findings.
- You have the right to appeal the findings. You will need to notify this office by written request within 10 days to meet with Administrator and Commission to resolve the issue.
